I noticed that you are using SetBatchLines with a value of 230, which tells AHK to run the next 230 lines of the script without sleeping. 
Since you are running a loop, this probably isn't what you wanted. SetBatchLines, -1 will run the script at maximum speed, but it will probably peg the CPU and cause problems with the game/app you're running. The "ms" method is recommended for scripts whenever speed and cooperation are important. For example, on most systems a setting of 10ms will prevent the script from using any more than 50% of an idle CPU's time.
